Our Team at Pioneer

Leah – Project & Office Manager

Leah is the driving force behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly. Think of her as our back-office wizard, project director, and organizational guru all rolled into one.

From small bathroom makeovers to full-scale home renovations, Leah is the backbone of our operation. Originally from Ontario, she brings a solid background in Business Management, Marketing, and Leadership. After moving to Whistler in 2015, she continued to build on her natural leadership skills in various managerial roles.

By 2020, Leah stepped into a bigger role, working closely with local interior designers and diving into the behind-the-scenes of design. This hands-on experience added a whole new dimension to her already impressive project management toolkit.

Today, Leah focuses exclusively on Project Management, coordinating trades, handling site planning and scheduling, managing budgets, and keeping everything (and everyone) on track. With Leah at the helm, your project is in expert hands, delivered on time, on budget, and with a touch of style.
